At AQUA LOUNGE, we strive to ship your order within 24 hours of placement. However, if there is a public holiday, shipping may take up to 2 working days. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 2-7 business days.
In the rare case that we are unable to deliver any items from your order, the full amount paid for those items will be refunded.
Our shipping policy includes the following details:

Delivery Locations:
- We currently deliver to most cities and towns across India.

Shipping Timelines:
- Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 working days of placement. In some cases, shipping may be delayed due to items being out of stock or public holidays.
- If we are unable to ship your order within 7 working days, we will cancel the unshipped portion and notify you via email. Payments for unshipped items will be refunded to the original payment method.

Packaging & Courier Service:
- We use high-quality packaging and work with selected courier companies to ensure your order arrives quickly and in good condition.
- While we strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product type and availability.

Damaged or Tampered Packages:
- If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery. Contact us within 2 days of delivery, providing your order number. We will investigate and arrange a replacement delivery if necessary.

Order Cancellations:
- Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping of Liquid & Bulky Items:
- As per regulations, all liquid and bulky items will be shipped via surface transport, which may take 1-14 days depending on your location.
Shipping Policy – Live Fish & Plants
At AQUA LOUNGE, we adhere to the highest ethical and scientific standards when it comes to preparing your aquatic livestock for shipping.

Quarantine & Health Assurance: All fish and plants undergo a strict quarantine process to ensure they are healthy before being shipped. We do not ship livestock that is sick or under recovery.

Live-On-Arrival Guarantee: We offer a 100% Live On Arrival (LOA) Guarantee. Our commitment to quality means you receive only the healthiest livestock.

Premium Packaging: All livestock are packed using global-standard methods — double-bagged, filled with compressed oxygen, and supplemented with wellness additives. For orders outside Bangalore, we use insulated, temperature-controlled boxes for added safety during transit.

Nature First Approach: As living beings, fish and plants may fall sick or die after an order is placed. In such cases, we may extend their quarantine or procure replacements before shipping. Your patience ensures you receive healthy animals.

Shipping Schedule: Shipments are dispatched as soon as livestock are healthy. We cannot delay or hold orders based on customer availability or specific date requests. All orders are fulfilled on a First In, First Out (FIFO) basis. Please note that inquiries or quotes do not reserve stock.

Dead On Arrival (DOA) Policy: Despite our best efforts, live animals may occasionally perish during transit. In such cases, we offer a coupon equal to the value of the deceased livestock (excluding other costs). Our DOA policy is transparent and clearly outlined for your reference.

Logistics & Delivery: Deliveries are handled by third-party logistics partners. While we ensure timely dispatch, delivery times are beyond our control.
