Return and Refund Policy– AQUA LOUNGE

Request for Return will only be considered if item is received in damaged condition or if Wrong Item is sent.

Items should be in Unopened & Unused Condition. 

Request for Return Should be made within 7 Days of Product Delivery.

Mode of Refund

For both, returned products or wrong product delivered, the refund is credited to the original mode of payment  used for making the purchase.

Upon Approval Refunds should receive the buyer within 2-7 Working Days.

Working i.e business days which means Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are excluded.
