Seachem Flourish Iron 250 ml

Flourish Iron is a highly concentrated (10,000 mg/L) iron gluconate supplement. Plants are able to use Flourish Iron much more easily because ferrous gluconate is already in the ferrous form and they do not have to expend energy to reduce it. Contrary to what other manufacturers claim, gluconate is not harmful to plants or fish. In fact, ferrous gluconate is more suitable for foliar feeding than ferrous EDTA because the bond between iron and gluconate is relatively weaker than that of ferrous EDTA. Furthermore, ferrous gluconate has the added advantage of being a carbon source.
